• No Refunds: Once a course is purchased, it cannot be refunded. Due to the nature of our digital products, once accessed, they are considered consumed and non-returnable.
• Completion Timeframe: You have a period of 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of purchase to access and complete the course. After this time, access to the course content will be revoked, and the course will expire.
• Accessing Course Content: You are encouraged to download and save any materials, videos, and certificates within the 4-week access period to ensure you have them for your records.
